Issue #89 - "Finale: Part I"

*Previously on Blu the Monkey*

This is the END. How will it all go down? Blu the Monkey versus Zero the evil Owl. The Alphas and friends versus the evil Minor Alphas. Who will survive? How will it end? Find out now....

Cheep (Past): "That 'ought to do it! I was able to disable all of the mind control microchips in the Minor Alphas."

Lola: "Great job, Cheep! We did it!"

Felicity: "Wha-- What happend? Where am I?"

Plum: "It is okay, you are safe. You were put under mind control like the rest of us by the evil Zero the Owl."

Biff: "Where is that kooky owl?! I want to give him a piece of my mind!"

Maple: "Ya, I wonder how Blu is doing fighting Zero."

Plum (Past): "Does anyone hear that noise? It sounds like 'help'."

Meanwhile...

Blu: "I have had enough of you, Zero. First, you spy on me, then you kidnap every plushie in Jamaa, and finally you banish me to the past and turn Jamaa into some phantom kingdom! That is the last straw!"

Zero: "You are right. This is the last straw. You think that you, being a little monkey, could ever stop me? I know how to time travel, how to mentally manipulate others, and much more! I am the smartest and toughest plushie to ever live! This is the END OF BLU THE MONKEY!"

*starts to fight*

A few moments later...

Blu: "This is not the end, Zero. Evil never wins. You should have learned that lesson from your grandson, Mr. Blek."

Zero: "That is where you are wrong. I have learned from his mistakes."

*grabs Blu's tail, dangles him over boiling hot lava*

Blu: "I need your help, Zios. Now more than ever."

A Distance Away...

Plum (Past): "I hear someone saying 'help', and it is coming from this cave opening."

Plum: "I can hear it too!"

Skal: "I can't hear anything. Even if we did hear something, none of us can fit through the lava opening without getting fried alive."

Plum (Past): "I can hear someone, I know it. I can fit through one of the lava openings. I am small enough."

Plum: "Plum, you do realize that if you die, then you die in the past, which means I don't even exist!"

Plum (Past): "It is a chance we have to take to help someone."

*Plum jumps through lava to cave opening, and comes back out*

Plum (Past): "Does anyone know these two monkeys?"

Sly: "BONNIE! BERRY! YOU ARE ALIVE!"

Violet: "I thought you were killed by a pack of wolves?"

Bonnie: "Pack of wolves? No! Some giant owl kidnapped us."

Berry: "We have been trapped in that cave ever since!"

Bonnie: "So what did we miss?"

Back at the showdown...

Blu: "If you are going to throw me in the lava, just do it!"

Zero: "I CAN'T! I am frozen solid! I can't move!"

Blu: "Woah, what is that ring around your feet?"

Zero: "You did this! YOU! I was so close to defeating you!"

Blu: "It wasn't me! What is that ring? It looks almost magical."

Zero: "GET ME OUT OF HERE SO I CAN DESTROY YOU!!"

Blu: "Now, why would I do that? I told you good wins no matter what."

*strange glow appears*

Zero: "What is going on now? This is the strangest day of my life.."

Blu: "I've had stranger..."

Zios: "Greetings, Blu the Monkey."

Blu: "ZIOS! MIRA! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT IS ACTUALLY YOU! I haven't seen you since you helped me defeat Mr. Blek."

Mira: "It is time to help you again. You needed us, and we are here."

Blu: *starts hyperventilating* 

Zios: "Haha, we are always near when you need us, and even when you don't."

Mira: "Zios, what should we do with Zero."

Zios: "Zero, you have been a very bad owl. Haven't you?"

Blu: "What are you going to do with him?"

Zero: "They can't do anything! I am smarter than all of you!"

Mira: "Hmm... feisty big fella, isn't he?!"

Zios: "Zero, I hereby banish you to the past forever. So far in the past, to the beginning of time, when there was nothing. There will be no way out."

Zero: "You don't think I can find a way back to the present, just like Blu did?!"

Zios: "There is no one and nothing at the beginning of Jamaa. No one to help you."

*Zero is transported to the past*

Zero: "WHERE AM I?

THERE IS NO ONE HERE!

HELP!

ECHO! ECHO! ECHO!

I WILL GET REVENGE ON YOU BLU THE MONKEY!

REVENGE!"






In the present...

Bonnie: "Blu, don't be alarmed."

Blu: "MOM! DAD! Is it really you?! How are you alive!?!"

Berry: "Zero was feeding you lies! He kidnapped us just like the rest of your friends."

Blu: "I am so happy. I missed you so much." *cries*

Sly: "Does anyone else think it is very strange to look at your past self?!"

Violet: "Shush! They are having a moment, Sly!"

Berry: "Nice to see you again, Zios."

Zios: "Hello Berry, you were always one of my favorite agents."

Kiwi: "Your past friends have helped you out greatly, Blu, but now they must depart back to the past where they belong."

Blu: "Bye, everyone. Thank you so much for everything. I will especially miss you, Cheep."

Cheep (Past): "Bye, Blu."

Kiwi: "I must leave too. It has been fun, Blu."

Blu: "Kiwi, I couldn't have done it without you. Thank you."

Issue #88 - "Hope From Above"

*Previously on Blu the Monkey*

Jamaa has been overtaken by Zero and his bad minor alpha All hope is lost when Blu and Kiwi are captured by Zero. Everyone they know and love are under mind control, well, not everyone when they receive unexpected hope from above....

Zero: "HAHA! Meet my Giant Mechanical Phantom, I named him Sprinkles. This is the end of Kiwi and BLU THE MONKEY! HAHA!"

Blu: "What do we do now, Kiwi? We are trapped in this room with Sprinkles. There  is no way out. No one to save us. This is the end."

Kiwi: "I see the future, and it doesn't look promising."

Blu: "Nice Sprinkles. Good boy."

Kiwi: "What is this?"

Blu: "It looks like a flying saucer. A UFO."

Kiwi: "Poor Sprinkles."

Blu: "WAIT! I think I recognize that UFO. Could it be?"

Blu: "GRUBBY!"

Grubby: "B.L.U."

Blu: "...and is that Meep and Hopper? I forgot you were traveling in space with Grubby. I thought Red was with you too."

Hopper: "Ello, mate. Red came back a few months ago."

Blu: "Oh, thanks for saving us. We have to make one stop before we stop the evil Zero."

Blu: "This is the Control Room that is currently controlling the minds of everyone in Jamaa."

Meep: "So why isn't it effecting us? Meep! Meep!"

Kiwi: "Zios and Mira are watching over us."

Blu: "Lets not overthink things. Help me find the switch to turn off all of these mind control devices."

Hopper: "Eh, I bet it is that giant diamond button above the doorway."

Blu: "Good thinking, boost me up!"

*Pushes Diamond Button*

*Everyone instantly awakes*

Plum: "Blu, what happened?"

Blu: "Listen up, everyone! You all have been kidnapped through mind control by the evil Zero the owl."

Lemon: "Wut? Like this is so totally unfair."

Blu: "Alphas, Kiwi, Lola, Maple, and Chuck come with me. Grubby, Meep, Lemon, Minor Alphas, Strawberry, and others please get everyone out of this phantom castle safely. We will stop Zero!"

Mint: "Be careful, Blu the Monkey. For this threat is greater than you ever anticipated."

Zero: "IMPOSSIBLE! HOW DID YOU ESCAPE SPRINKLES?!"

Skal: "Who is Sprinkles?!"

Maple: "I like Sprinkles!"

Sly: "More importantly, who are the group of kids that look exactly like us to our right?!"

Blu: "They are you! From the past. It is kind of a long story.."

Zero: "EVERYONE BE QUIET! So, we can do this the easy way or the hard way."

Plum: "Don't let him intimidate you, Blu."

Zero: "It looks like you aren't going down without a fight. Minor Alphas ATTACK THEM!"

Blu: "They won't listen to you, Zero. We shut off all of your mind control devices."

Zero: "That is where you underestimate me, monkey. They each have personal mind control chips inside to them. You really think I wouldn't have a back-up plan!"

Lola (Past): "Blu, you go after Zero, we can take on these Alphas."

Zero: "Lets fight. THIS. IS. THE. END."

Plum: "Alphas, give it all you got. Remember that these are still Minor Alphas. They are just under some sort of mental manipulation."

Violet (Past): "Does anyone know a non-harmful way to stop mind control?"

Cheep (Past): "I think I might know how. I just need to go inside of one of them to see how the mind control chip works."

Chuck: "You are small enough to go in Biff's ear!"

Felicity: "Enough talk! Lets get down to business."

Biff: "THE ENDS STARTS NOW!"

Issue #87 - "Mind Control"

*Previously on Blu the Monkey*

Blu was banished to the past; however, with help from a time-traveling gecko, named Kiwi, Blu brought his friends from the past to the present to defeat the evil Zero once and for all. They came back to the present to see Jamaa was taken over filled with evil and phantoms. Now they must reach the castle where Zero is hiding out...

Blu: "Everyone listen up. This is the gate leading to the castle where I bet we will find Zero. Stay close together because I bet this place is filled with phantoms. This isn't the Jamaa we once knew."

Sly: "I have a question. How are we supposed to get past that locked gate?!"

Skal: "Lift me up, fox. I can use my tail as a key."

*Skal's tail unlocks gate*

Blu: "Great job! You guys are already working together as a team. If we work together we will defeat Zero for sure!"

Violet: "I am nervous.. Is anyone else nervous?"

One Hour Later...

Chuck: "This place is filled with phantoms! How many do you think we had to sneak by?!"

Blu: "We made it to the front door of the castle. Everyone hurry, inside!"

Kiwi: "What is the plan?"

Blu: "First, we should save the kidnapped plushies of Jamaa, and then they can help us stop Zero and his alpha henchmen."

Kiwi: "Be warned. The plushies from the past can not stay here forever. If anything happens to them here, the past could be altered, changing the future forever."

Blu: "Relax, nothing will happen to them. We can do this, Kiwi. Don't lose hope."

Inside the castle...

Olive: "Well, well, well. What do we have here?"

Barrett: "How did they escape?"

Felicity: "Why do they look so little? Almost like children?"

Cheep: "We are children!"

Biff: "Forget it, lets bring them to Zero. He will know what to do with them."

Blu: "That was a close one! Come on, Kiwi, we have to go one without them."

Kiwi: "Walk lightly, Blu the Monkey."

Walks into next room...

Blu: "OH. MY. ZIOS. Look at all of the kidnapped plushies! It is okay everyone, I came back to save you! LETS GO! Why aren't they moving?"

Kiwi: "They appear to be intellectually frozen."

Blu: "WAKE UP! COME ON EVERYONE! WE HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE! BEFORE ZERO COMES!"

Kiwi: "Shouting will not help."

Blu: "What do we do, Kiwi? I traveled all the way from the past, just to come back to everyone being frozen."

Blu: "Look, there is Plum, Sly, Ruby, Liza, Professor Salem, even my little son, Bluberry. Everyone in Jamaa is here. There has to be hundreds of plushies."

Kiwi: "We must find out what happened to them."

Blu: *crying* "This has been the worst year of my life. First, my parents pass away in a wolf attack, then my friends slowly get kidnapped, some alphas, such as Olive the Cheetah and Biff the Hyena have turned evil, Cheep was eaten by a pack of lynx, and now there is a bigger villain more evil than Mr. Blek ever was!"

Goat Alpha: "Boss, we found these plushies sneaking around in the hallway."

Plum: "You must be Zero! You should be ashamed of yourself! We came to stop you!"

Maple: "Ya! We came from the past to stop you!"

Lola: "Maple! Don't tell him that!"

Zero: "From the past?! Where is BLU THE MONKEY?"

Barrett: "I dunno.."

Zero: "URGH! I WILL FIND HIM MYSELF!"

Zero: "BLU. THE. MONKEY. How did you find your way back to the present?!"

Blu: "I had some help from friends."

Zero: "Kiwi, we meet again."

Blu: "You know each other."

Zero: "That persistent gecko has been annoying me for decades. Never mind that! You were not supposed to see this room. Now that you have, I might as well show you my master plan before I destroy you. Follow me, not even my Alpha Henchmen know about."

Blu: "What are these devices?"

Zero: "Remember a long time ago, I told you I had studied mental manipulation-- in other words-- MIND CONTROL. These devices are controlling almost every plushie in Jamaa. This falcon one controls all the falcons."

Blu: "WOAH. Wait, that is how those Minor Alphas are helping you. You are using mind control! That is also how you kidnapped all of those plushies. This explains everything."

Zero: "Precisely. Now, say goodbye to Jamaa. You are going to be destroyed."

Issue #86 - "Plum's Parent"

*Previously on Blu the Monkey*

Blu has been banished in the past. Now, with the help of Kiwi, a time-traveling lizard, he is collecting his friends to save them in the present. Finally, Blu has collected his friends, except he needs to make one more stop at Plum's past...

Sometime in the past...

Peck: "Honey, I love you so much. This is the hardest thing I ever had to do, even if I am an Alpha! Since I am an Alpha, my work is very dangerous. I cant raise my daughter with phantoms near. I have to leave you here at the Summer Carnival. Don't worry, they will take you in. You will understand when you are older. I will see you again one day, Plum. I love you."

Plum: "Mommy, please stay."

Peck: *tears fill eyes* "I love you, Plum. ALWAYS remember that."

Captain Melville: "Hello there, little bunny. What are you doing here?"

Plum: "I am here to join the Summer Carnival gang."

Captain Melville: "It is your lucky day. I am the new owner of the Summer Carnival. I am Captain Melville. I became the owner of the Summer Carnival after my ship crashed. Also, I part-time own a Juice Hut. This is mainly my summer job. You will start as a janitor! Lets get to work!"

Plum: "Oh, okay." *thinks* "You can do this, Plum. Be strong."

Blu: "WAIT PLUM! Hi, I am Blu the Monkey, and these are my friends. Don't join the Summer Carnival gang, you will be so unhappy. By the way, you never told me you were PECK'S DAUGHTER!"

Plum: "Who are you? I don't even know you!"

Blu: "Yes you do. We are from the future. Just please come with us. We will talk. What do you have to lose?"

Captain Melville: "Come on, bunny! Those floors aren't going to sweep themselves!"

Plum: "Fine, lets talk."

Later...

Blu: "...and that is why you should come back to the present to save your future self."

Kiwi: "Yes, now it is time. It is time for us to go to the present. You have witnessed the pasts of some of your friends. You saw their struggles, battles, sad moments, and happy moments. You saw how they became the animals they are today. Going back to the present requires much magic. Stand back."

Sly: "Mom, I think that you should stay here. I will be fine. This is between me and my friend Blu, if he is telling the truth."

Stardust: "What if this is all a joke? A prank! What if that monkey is actually crazy?!"

Sly: "Mom, I believe him. Everything will be fine. I will be back soon, don't worry."

Stardust: "Be careful, son."

Blu: "Is this going to work, Kiwi? Can the portal send all of us to the present?"

Kiwi: "Everything works if you believe."

*Portal Opens*

Blu: "It worked everyone! Lets go stop the evil Zero once and for all!"

Present Time...

Sly: "Woah! What happened to Jamaa?"

Blu: "How long was I gone?!"

Kiwi: "Time is relative. You were in the past for approximately one week."

Blu: "Jamaa was overtaken within a week!"

Skal: "Where is that Zero at? I want to give him a piece of my mind!"

Blu: "I am guessing his lair is in the middle of that giant castle. We have a journey ahead, friends, but don't lose hope."

Meanwhile...

Zero: "Jamaa looks wonderful. There are dark skies, lava pits, phantoms hiding in the--"

Felicity: "What is it, Zero?"

Zero: "Something has changed. I can feel a disturbance."

Barrett: "Uh... what does that mean?"

Zero: "It means something bad is going to happen, you nitwit!"

Issue #85 - "Part of the Pack"

*Previously on Blu the Monkey*

Laughter is the best medicine they say. However, this story goes a little different. Blu almost has gathered all of his buddies in the past to save themselves in the present time when he stumbles upon his friend Sly....

A Long Time Ago...

Arctic Wolf:  *hums* "Oh, hello little guy. What are you doing out here in the middle of the forest?"

Fox: "Ima awh by my sewf."

Arctic Wolf: "My name is Stardust. What is your name?"

Fox: "Sly."

Stardust: "What happened to your family?"

Sly: "My pack lefft mee. Im too wittle."

Stardust: "That is unacceptable, honey. Do you want to come live with my pack? We will accept you."

Six Months Later...

Stardust: "Sly, where were you?! Rox has already started our daily meeting."

Sly: "Not these boring meetings. I would rather wear a pink purse and tiara instead of going to these meetings!"

Rox: "Stardust and Sly! Listen up and stop chatting!"

Rox: "Stardust, I have dealt with your boy for far too long. All he does is make jokes. He is NOT an arctic wolf. HE HAS TO GO!"

Stardust: "Please, Rox. Please give him another chance. I adopted him because he is all alone. He needs a pack, whether he is a fox or arctic wolf."

Rox: "I have given you a bunch of chances. One more slip up, and he is kicked out of the pack."

Meanwhile...

Sly: "...so I told that bee to BUZZ off!"

Crowd: "HAHAHA!"

Sly: "Can we talk about the Diamond Shop? I mean come on, it is so hard to find diamonds am I right?!"

Rox: "WHAT is going on here?!?!"

Sly: "Uh, I am doing comedy. Wanna join?"

Rox: "NO! THIS IS THE LAST STRAW! You and your mother are out of the pack! Leave now! There is no room for laughter when you need to hunt and survive!"

Sly: "Who invited that guy, am I right?"

Rox: "GET OUT. NOW."

One Week Later...

Sly: "...The last thing I want to say is that I am glad I can make you laugh."

Stardust: "Leaving that pack was the best thing we ever did. Look how happy this crowd is."

Sly: "You know, I used to use jokes as a shield to cover up the pain of getting kicked out of my fox pack. But, then I realized laughter is the best medicine. It makes life better."

Stardust: "I am so proud of you. But we need to find a pack. A good pack that accepts happiness and joy."

Blu: "Hi there. My name is Blu the Monkey. We were at your stand-up comedy show tonight and loved it! We want to know if you will join our little pack."

Sly: "Thank you. Look mom, we are invited to this pack."

Stardust: "This pack is made up of all shapes, sizes, and animals. They look so happy."

Sly: "This pack sounds great. We will join you."

Blu: "Great, just one more thing. We kind of need your help. It is a long story, we will explain on the way. We have one more stop."

In the present time...

Zero: "Ha! Look at Jamaa Township. It is everything I dreamed it to be. We have taken over Jamaa, and there is no one to stop us now! Have you 'taken care of' all of the kidnapped plushies."

Olive the Cheetah: "Not yet, sir. Are you sure you don't need them for any master plan?"

Zero: "This was the master plan! Kidnap the plushies to lead the alphas here. Banish Blu the Monkey to the past, and take over Jamaa. The plan is complete. Now, we can live! Live like we are royalty. Jamaa is ours!"
